How long will it take for my items to arrive?
It will usually take 8-14 days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
How can I return my order?
To return your order, please contact us at 6238594759 or email us with your order number at support@topbuys.in within 3 days of receiving the order.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 12hrs of placing the order.

What happens if I receive a damaged product?
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please reach out with:

- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
